1 When the requirements are given - EcoXpac will create usefull design drawings with CAD/CAM-software for your sustainable product.

Construction

Moulded fibre has very good shock absorbing qualifications. EcoXpac is therefore able to construct a packaging that protects your product better than other packaging, without using extra materiales and without adding extra cost.

 2  With the 3D-drawings a specific moulding tool is constructed in order to produce the product you desire on our flexible production unit.

Production

Moulded fibre is known for large production series and very expensive tooling. That is history now! EcoXpax have developed  a production unit that makes our production very flexible and costless at the same time - even small series.

Furthermore It is common to all the materials EcoXpac use that they are biodegradable and CO2-neutrally produced.

3  The constructed moulding tool will be installed in our prodution unit, where a small or larger product serie will be made. Your product will be made from fibres – either recycled paper or other natural fibres.
